Requirements:
Valid Toolmaker Certification / License Required
- Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge & understanding of tooling principles
- Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, & precision measuring instruments
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for designing tooling components
- Thorough knowledge of blueprint reading & interpretation
- Thorough knowledge of operating tool room & production equipment (grinding, milling, lathe)
- Possess good mathematical & mechanical knowledge & aptitude.
- Knowledge of GD+T
- Excellent trouble shooting for dies, cutting tools, Etc
