DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Business Systems Analyst
DURATION: Permanent Full Time Position
LOCATION: Mississauga, ON.
SALARY: $85,000 – $100,000 per Year

OVERVIEW:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar systems-focused role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with a combination of ERP, MES, CRM, CMS, & E-Commerce platforms
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders & IT for all core business systems, including ERP, MES, CRM, CMS, & E-Commerce
• Analyze & document business processes, identify system improvement opportunities, & lead or support their implementation.
• Configure, customize, & support business applications across multiple departments (manufacturing, operations, finance, sales, quality, etc).
• Support the development & integration of systems through BAQs, BPMs, SQL, APIs, & other tools.
• Ensure data integrity & consistency across all business platforms, enforcing validation rules & standards.
