POSITION: Material Coordinator / Store Keeper

DURATION: Full-time permanent position

LOCATION: Scarborough, ON

SALARY: $34.00 per Hour

Duration: Full-time permanent role

Overview:

• Must have 3 – 5 years experience in Industrial (Manufacturing) Stores, Material Control, MRO/MRP systems.
• Must have experience in WHMIS, material handling and storage, Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG),.
• Ability to Read & understand technical literature, drawings, blueprints & interpret engineering specifications
• Communicate clearly (phone, email, fax, radio) to research, order, receive & distribute materials, equipment, etc.
• Maintain stock level of materials to ensure continuous availability & have good knowledge of established material handling procedures
• Receive, store, distribute & control stock of materials for inventory and projects in progress.
• Maintains receipts, records, & withdrawals of materials & equipment.
• Issue or distribute materials, products, parts & supplies to co-workers & contractors, in accordance with Company Rules.
