DESCRIPTION

One of our leading clients in the industrial manufacturing industry is seeking the following

POSITION: Maintenance Supervisor

LOCATION: Etobicoke, ON

SALARY: From $90,000+

STATUS: Full-time, Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Millwright or Electrician License preferred

· Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

· Strong troubleshooting and team leadership skills

· Experience with industrial equipment and CMMS

· Flexible to support shifts or on-call needs

OVERVIEW:

· Supervise maintenance staff (millwrights, electricians, apprentices)

· Plan and perform preventative and corrective maintenance

· Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

· Ensure compliance with OHSA and company safety standards

· Maintain maintenance records and parts inventory

· Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives
