DESCRIPTION

• Position: Insurance CSR – Personal & Commercial Lines
• Location: Aurora, ON (on-site)
• Salary: $60,000-$75,000
• Duration: Permanent Full-Time position

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry overseeing both commercial and personal lines accounts.
• RIBO licensed required.
• Understanding of company underwriting and industry guidelines.

Overview:

• Provide exemplary customer service for commercial and personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Address inquiries from junior team members, offering guidance and support as necessary.
• Manage the issuance and renewal of insurance documents, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor client claims, respond to telephone inquiries promptly, and collaborate on remarketing strategies as needed.
