Position: Technical Sales Representative
Location: Canada, , Mississauga
Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 base salary + 30%-40% commission potential / Salary + Commission

One of our leading clients in the industrial manufacturing industry is seeking the following:

Position: Technical Sales Representative    

Rate:         $60,000 – $85,000 base salary + 30%-40% commission potential

Location: Mississauga, ON    

Duration: Fulltime, Permanent

Work Arrangement:

• Remote position with travel throughout assigned Ontario territory
• Significant customer-facing and field-based activity
• Occasional office attendance as required

Qualifications:

• Strong welding background with experience in welding applications, equipment, and processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to travel throughout Ontario

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory
• Prospect new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships
• Prepare quotations and recommend solutions based on customer requirements
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer visits
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities
• Participate in trade shows and industry events
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system
