This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys improving manufacturing processes, supporting production, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and production methods.
• Create manufacturing plans, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical documentation.
• Design and improve tooling and manufacturing processes.
• Support production by troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing process improvements.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and customers to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Participate in project management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 5–10 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Experience developing manufacturing processes and supporting production.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing documentation, BOMs, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• CAD experience (NX, CATIA, or similar) is an asset.
• Composite, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
