One of our leading clients in the architecture firm industry is seeking the following

POSITION: Senior Architectural Technologist
LOCATION: Toronto, ON
SALARY: $75,000-$90,000
STATUS: Full-time, Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience with expert-level Revit skills, including work-sharing and detailed 3D modeling.
Strong knowledge of Canadian provincial building codes and proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong communication, problem solving and coordination with project teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and familiar with graphic tools such as Enscape, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

OVERVIEW:
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants from design through construction completion.
Prepare and issue project deliverables, including permits, bids and construction documents.
Support project teams with Revit setup and ensure alignment with established standards, transitioning CAD standards where needed.
Conduct site and scope reviews while providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
