One of our leading clients in the architecture firm industry is seeking the following

POSITION: Architectural Project Manager

LOCATION: Toronto, ON

SALARY: $90,000-$100,000

STATUS: Full-time, Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with registration and 7+ years of relevant account management experience.

· Strong understanding of architectural and construction processes and stakeholder coordination.

· Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.

· Willingness to travel as needed.

OVERVIEW:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, and specifiers throughout the project lifecycle.

· Develop and execute account strategies to grow market presence and manage projects from early design through completion.

· Present design concepts, technical details, and value propositions, working closely with internal teams.

· Track milestones, maintain accurate reporting for leadership, and stay informed on market trends, competitors, and client needs.
