• POSITION: Bodily Injury Claims Supervisor – Commercial & General Liability
• LOCATION: Toronto, ON (hybrid)
• SALARY: $85,000-$95,000
• DURATION: Full-time, Permanent

Qualifications:

• 7 years’ experience in Adjusting and Supervision.
• Post-secondary degree and CIP license.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, strong analytical skills for effective claims resolution.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Position Overview:

• Lead and mentor a team of adjusters and support staff, driving high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee claims operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
• Manage hiring, development, and performance of team members.
• Set team goals, balance workloads, and provide coaching for success.
• Enhance efficiency and service quality through technology and process improvements.
• Maintain professional, proactive communication with clients and partners.
