One of our leading clients in the automotive industry is seeking the following
POSITION: Business Development Manager
LOCATION: Guelph, ON (on-site)
SALARY: Up To $125,000 – based on experience
STATUS: Full-time, Permanent
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Relevant experience in a similar role with a minimum 8 years of experience
· Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive supplier experience considered an asset
OVERVIEW:
· Build and strengthen customer relationships by anticipating needs, resolving issues quickly, and driving growth through new products, contracts, and expanded business.
· Identify market trends and competition to identify opportunities, lead RFQs and proposals, and support marketing efforts through communications, conferences, and events.
· Coordinate across teams to ensure quality, and on time program delivery while implementing cost saving initiatives and productivity improvements.
· Support development of business strategy, applying strong technical and commercial expertise
