One of our leading clients in the trades sector is hiring for the following role:

POSITION: Business Development Manager

LOCATION: Milton, ON – comfortable with travel up to 75KM radius

SALARY: $70,000-$80,000 base + commission

STATUS: Full-time, Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction, millwright, or related industries.

· Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

· Skilled in preparing and delivering professional presentations.

· Strong ability to assess opportunities, qualify leads, and build mutually beneficial client partnerships.

OVERVIEW:

· Manage and grow client accounts by identifying new opportunities, preparing quotes, and ensuring smooth project execution in collaboration with internal teams.

· Proactively build new business through outreach, site visits, networking, and trade shows while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

· Understand client needs to identify target markets, present tailored proposals, and promote company services.

· Meet personal and company sales goals while keeping management informed on progress and opportunities.
