DESCRIPTION

POSITION:    CNC Millwright – 433A    

LOCATION:   Mississauga, ON   

SALARY:         $40-$45 hourly + $1-$2 shift premium

SHIFT:             Straight Shift – Afternoons or Nights      

STATUS:         Full-time, Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) in good standing.
• 5+ years CNC experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Skilled in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC/CNC systems, with strong QS9000 knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

OVERVIEW:

• Report to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to maintain and repair facilities and production equipment.
• Support installation and commissioning of new or modified production machines for manufacturing projects.
• Ensure operational quality and efficiency targets are consistently met.
• Maintain equipment-related Quality Operating Systems in compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 standards.
