POSITION: Commercial Account Manager – Must have RIBO License

STATUS: Full Time Permanent Position

Overview:

Our client is a successful brokerage with over 70 years of business success. This role will focus on Commercial Account Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This individual will report to Office Manager.
• Provide customer service for commercial accounts.
• Respond to questions from Jr. team members.
• Issuance and renewal of insurance documents.
• Report and monitor client claims Respond to telephone inquiries.
• Preparation of Renewal binders and Presentations
• Ensure high level of service is maintained.
• Remarket when necessary – Discuss with Producer 60-90 days in advance of expiry dates on accounts
• Strong oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Outlook and Word
• Understanding of company underwriting, guidelines

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years RIBO licensed
• Minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry
