One of our leading clients in the Insurance industry is seeking the following:

Position: Commercial Insurance Producer

Location: Hamilton, ON (Hybrid – 4 days in office/1 day home)

Salary: $60,000-$80,000 total compensation

Duration: Permanent, Full-Time position

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Commercial Lines Insurance

License: R.I.B.O. (Required)

Qualifications:

• Hold valid RIBO or commit to obtaining a RIBO license within one month.
• Prioritize a sales-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Demonstrate an outgoing personality, coupled with the ability to generate leads from various sources.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer usage, and effective task management abilities.

Overview:

• Seeking producers for commercial lines business with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to generate new business through existing networks and Centers of influence.
• Emphasizing motivation, sales-oriented individuals, high customer service standards, and effective networking.
• Prioritizing adaptability to change, embracing technology, and attracting candidates aspiring for long-term career progression.
