DESCRIPTION

• POSITION:    Insurance Account Manager – Commercial Lines
• LOCATION:   Niagara Falls, ON (on site)  
• SALARY:        $50,000-$75,000   
• STATUS:         Full-time, Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid RIBO license with minimum 3 years of insurance industry experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.

OVERVIEW:

• Create a positive client experience by understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
• Process and review renewals, endorsements, and re-marketing requests accurately.
• Support clients throughout the claims process with professionalism and care.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to all client inquiries to ensure excellent service.
• Collaborate with team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters in a dynamic environment.
