DESCRIPTION

• Position: Insurance Account Manager – Commercial Lines
• Location: Vaughan, ON (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 WFH)
• Salary: $70,000-$90,000
• Duration: Permanent, Full-Time position

Qualifications

• RIBO licensed with 3+ years of Commercial Lines Auto experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Agency Manager and PolicyWorks is a plus.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Overview:

• Provide professional client service and support.
• Collaborate with Account Producers on assigned accounts.
• Manage incoming communications and process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements.
• Review renewals for coverage adequacy and handle quoting or remarketing as needed.
