One of our leading client in the Insurance industry is seeking the following:
- Position: Personal Lines CSR/Broker
- Location: Mississauga, ON (on-site)

- Duration: Permanent, Full-Time position
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry overseeing personal lines accounts.
- RIBO licensed required.
- Understanding of company underwriting and industry guidelines.
Overview:
- Provide customer service and handle inquiries for personal lines accounts, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Issue and renew insurance documents, prepare renewal binders and presentations, and support junior team members with guidance as needed.
- Monitor and report on client claims, addressing telephone inquiries promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with the team on remarketing needs, initiating discussions 60-90 days prior to account expirations.
