Customer Service Manager

Location: Mississauga, ON (On-site)

Shift: Day Shift

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 + Fully Paid Benefits

Type: Full-Time / Permanent

For candidates who are newer to management but show strong potential, the company is open to hiring in a trainee capacity, starting at $60K–$65K. With training and strong performance, compensation can increase to $70K–$75K within 3–6 months, with further growth over time.  This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop into a long-term leadership role.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Sage ERP systems.
    Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Overview:

  • Train, coach, and counsel customer service staff; communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, and review job contributions; enforce policies and procedures.
  • Implement customer service standards, resolve issues, complete audits, and identify trends for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and redesign processes, establish service metrics, and implement changes based on analysis.
  • Engage in ongoing education, maintain networks, participate in professional organizations, and report departmental performance to senior management
