DESCRIPTION

Position: Facility Operator

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: Full Time Permanent

Shift: Night Shift available- 12 hour shift

Pay: $48.50 per hour + $1.00 night prem

Job Summary & Qualifications:

• Valid Ontario Refrigerant class A or B required
• Valid Ontario Boiler operating class 2 or 3 required
• Valid Ontario Ozone Depletion Prevention Card
• Valid Ontario Certificate of Qualification as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic
• Performs work related to the day-to-day operation and maintenance of facilities equipment, such as Boiler/ Chiller (Ammonia)/ Air compressor/ Air handling units/ Waste water treatment/ lab test, etc
• Maintain a high degree of understanding & competency on related Standard Operating Procedures.
• Interpret, troubleshoot & operate the required computer systems providing accurate & timely information to efficiently operate the equipment.
• Executing preventive maintenance work orders as assigned.
