DESCRIPTION

Position:  Field Service Technician / IT Service Technician
Pay: $38-$45 PER HOUR+ Great Benefits
Location: Vernon, CA
Status: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain industrial labeling and weighing systems, ensuring seamless integration with production lines.
• Perform routine system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Calibrate and optimize industrial scales, label printers, and software solutions to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Act as a liaison between the IT and Maintenance departments, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, providing immediate support to production teams.
• Document all maintenance, repairs, and updates, ensuring clear records of system performance.
• Provide training and technical support to production staff on proper system use and troubleshooting.
• Oversee system upgrades and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency.
• Travel between the company’s three nearby facilities to provide on-site technical support.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH BIZERBA SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining industrial automation systems, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for industrial IT and equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with integrating software solutions with production machinery.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively support and train production teams.
• Willingness to travel between multiple nearby facilities as needed.
