Position: Full Cycle Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Vaughan, ON

Salary: $50,000 – $58,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Full-Cycle Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a well-established and growing company located in Vaughan. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced accounting environment and has hands-on experience managing end-to-end AR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Process credit memos, adjustments, and refunds as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions and prepare related reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and support the finance team as needed.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience in a full-cycle Accounts Receivable role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR best practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience using ERP or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or SAP).
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
