Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial Electrical & Automation Supervisor to oversee electrical installations, equipment integration, and industrial automation projects. The successful candidate will supervise installation teams and subcontractors, coordinate with engineering and project management teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to established quality standards.
Position Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in electrical, electromechanical, or industrial equipment installation within manufacturing, automation, or related industrial environments.
- Proven supervisory experience leading electrical installation crews, subcontractors, and technical personnel on industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems, electrical controls, equipment installation, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical construction drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
International travel required. Must be willing and able to travel to project sites throughout the United States and internationally to support installation, commissioning, and project-related activities worldwide.
