Salary: $38.00 / per hour

Industrial Machine Repair
Location: Saginaw, MI
Pay: $38 per hour + Shift Premium
Shift: Afternoons 2:30pm – 10:30pm
Duration: Full Time & Part Time Available
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 1: Journeyman’s card; Completed a Department of Labor-Certified program; 6 years experience as an Industrial Machine Repairer.
- Ability to diagnose and trouble shoot problems on industrial equipment
- Ability to read and understand prints for: Hydraulic systems/circuits, Chemical/Oil/Water based fluids, Pneumatic systems/circuits
- Experience rigging using chains, slings and chokers from mobile cranes and overhead cranes
- Experience working on assembly lines, machining cells, stamping presses, plastic injection, grinding machine, CNC machines, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Repair/maintain piping, thread piping, tubing and steam fitting work
- Complete mechanical repairs on industrial equipment
- Spindle repair and lube system repairs
- Experience with tool room type equipment such as: lathes, mills, saws, drill presses, etc.
- In a safe manner operate oxygen/acetylene torch
- In a safe manner operate fork trucks
- Install ball screws into machines
- Knowledge of bearing installations
