Our client in Brantford Ontario is looking for qualified Millwrights to join their team.

Position: Millwright 433A

Shift: 12 hour rotating

Pay: $40-$45/hr

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand equipment layout and installation requirements.

Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Collaborate with other trades such as industrial electricians to complete projects efficiently.

Fabricate parts as needed using various tools and techniques to ensure proper functioning of equipment.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

Requirements

Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is essential.

Strong understanding of schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high-quality standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting mechanical issues.
