DESCRIPTION

Position: Junior Inside Sales Representative

Pay: $45,000-$50,000

Location: Newmarket, ON

Duration: Fulltime permanent

This is an entry level position and ideal for recent grads who are comfortable with technology and learn quickly who are looking to take their career to the next level

Responsibilities

• Reach out to provided leads via phone and email.
• Maintain strong, clear communication with customers and prospects.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Update and manage sales records and internal systems.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent telephone manor
• Outgoing and professional personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
