LOCATION: Hamilton, ON

RATE: $50,000 – $55,000 per year + potential bonus

OVERVIEW:

• 2+ years experience working in Inside sales in a mainly B2B environment.
• 2+ Years experience working in Customer service.
• General computer skills including Microsoft Office required, knowledge of CRM, SAGE system would be an asset.
• High level of commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Responsible for completing the order process which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins; sourcing of additional products; &/or generating sales orders.
• Enter quotations & orders into the system with accuracy in a timely manner.
• Provide customers with accurate pricing, inventory, & specific delivery information.
