A leading client in the Insurance industry are seeking the following:
Position: Insurance CSR/Broker
Location: Cookstown, ON (on-site)
Salary: $45,000-$70,000
Duration: Permanent, Full-Time position
Qualifications:
- Experience providing insurance coverage in farm/agricultural sector considered an asset.
- RIBO license considered an asset but not required as training and licensing will be provided.
- Ability to multitask, strong problem solving skills and great communication skills.
Overview:
- Provide customer service and handle inquiries for insurance accounts, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Issue and renew insurance documents, prepare renewal binders and presentations, and support junior team members with guidance as needed.
- Monitor and report on client claims, addressing telephone inquiries promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with the team on remarketing needs, initiating discussions 60-90 days prior to account expirations.
