QUALIFICATIONS:

· Hold a valid RIBO license

· Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy in all tasks and communication skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems (Applied Epic preferred).

· Work effectively in a team environment with familiarity using insurance company portals such as CAA, Aviva, Economical, and Intact.

OVERVIEW:

· Provide customer service through phone, email, and in-person.

· Process client requests for policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals efficiently and accurately.

· Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner while maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.

· Managing renewals, remarketing when necessary, and completing insurance sales for referred and prospective clients.
