- POSITION: Insurance Producer
- STATUS: Full-time, permanent
- SALARY: 70% commission on new business & 50% commission on renewal + 50% equity
- LOCATION: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – option to work from home)
Overview:
- Offered 70% commission on new business and 50% commission on renewals. 50% equity in your book.
- Must be able to provide your own book of business.
- Provided with a dedicated account manager and new business department support for book growth.
- RIBO license and annual education expenses covered
- Proficient in insurance sales and communication.
- Prior experience in the insurance sector.
- Strong customer service capabilities.
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Requires experience and self-generation of leads
