Compensation will depend on experience:
Newly Licensed / Entry-Level/ Jr Producer: Base salary approximately $45,000 – $50,000 plus commission with strong earnings growth potential.
Experienced Producer: Flexible compensation structure with earning potential of $100,000+ based on performance.
Qualifications
• Active RIBO License (required)
• Experience in commercial insurance, sales, or business development considered an asset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized with strong time-management abilities
Overview:
• Generate new commercial insurance business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Prepare proposals and present coverage options to clients
• Work with insurance carriers and underwriters to secure competitive coverage
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing advisory support
