POSITION: IT Technician
LOCATION: Mississauga, ON
SALARY: $40.000-$65,000
DURATION: Full-Time, Permanent
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of IT experience, preferably in a helpdesk environment
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
• Basic understanding of VMware, networking, and firewall technologies
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Overview:
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and user accounts
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Support Microsoft 365, VMware, and Azure environments
• Provide end-user support, system updates, and documentation
