POSITION: Logistics Coordinator

LOCATION: Mississauga, ON

SALARY: $54,000-$60,000

STATUS: Full-time, Permanent

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in 3PL, logistics, or warehouse operations.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

· Language proficiency in Mandarin is required.

Overview:

· Support and monitor logistics projects across Canada, ensuring quality control and effective client communication.

· Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, resolving service issues promptly.

· Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy and prepare required operational reports.

· Provide sales support through quotations, market updates, and assistance with ad hoc projects
