DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Maintenance Lead (Millwright)

LOCATION: Markham, ON

SALARY: $75,000 – $95,000 per year

DURATION: Full-Time, Permanent

Qualifications:

• Red Seal 433A Required
• Diploma in Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or Millwright program, or equivalent experience required.
• Familiarity with CNC machinery and equipment.
• Some understanding of PLC controls preferred.
• Welding skills with gas and electrode, and proficiency with a MIG Welder are assets. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Overview:

• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment including electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Interpret diagrams and blueprints to guide work procedures.
• Install, align, and dismantle industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain and enhance preventive maintenance programs, collaborate on long-term projects, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
