MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Day Shift
Pay: $125K – $140K per year
Location: London, ON

Responsibilities

Managed overall equipment reliability, maintenance operations, and budget control within the plant while leading capital projects and infrastructure improvements. Drove maintenance excellence through preventive and predictive maintenance programs, breakdown elimination, planning and scheduling, lubrication, inventory management, and maintenance systems optimization. Led talent development and performance management to build strong departmental capability and succession planning. Utilized KPI tracking and data analysis to identify equipment losses, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency. Collaborated cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Plant Leadership teams to support productivity goals, RAMS deliverables, Autonomous Maintenance standards, and compliance with FSQI, HACCP, GMP, and CAPA requirements to ensure safe, high-quality production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related technical field, or equivalent Management Experience in Maintenance or Reliability field.
• 5+ years of experience with CMMS systems
• 7 + years of technical manufacturing leadership of teams of at least 3 to 8 individuals
• Experience leading TPM implementation and/or AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Preventative Maintenance) implementations
• General knowledge of USDA, SQF, BRC, GMP, and HACCP, sanitation, quality, and safety programs required.
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects
• Ability to influence plant leadership and drive cultural change within the plant in regard to Safety, Food Quality and Reliability
• Black/Green belt in Six Sigma and other continuous improvement tools
