DESCRIPTION

Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Brampton, ON

Compensation: From $120,000+

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient operations while maximizing equipment reliability and plant performance.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, CMMS, asset reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering on capital projects, equipment upgrades, maintenance planning, and lifecycle asset management.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, inventory, budgets, and regulatory compliance (HACCP, BRCGS, GMP) to support operational and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS, preventive maintenance, asset reliability, KPI management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Engineering or skilled trades background (433A Millwright, 442A Industrial Electrician, or equivalent)
• MMP or PEMAC certification considered an asset.
• Proven leadership, project management, and organizational skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple priorities.
