DESCRIPTION

Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Calgary, AB

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Industry: Food

Compensation: $150,000-$160,000

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and safety.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, including CMMS.
• Support capital projects, asset reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor maintenance performance, compliance, and operational KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing.
• Engineering or skilled trades background (433A/442A preferred); P.Eng., MMP, or PEMAC are assets.
• Experience with CMMS, asset reliability, and maintenance planning.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
