One of our leading clients in the furniture industry is seeking the following:

Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Kitchener, ON

Salary: $80,000-$115,000

Duration: Fulltime, Permanent

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree or trade certification with 5–10 years of hands-on technical experience and at least 3 years in a management role

• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, project execution, and problem-solving with a broad, strategic mindset

• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Overview:

• Manage maintenance operations, equipment, and personnel across all facilities, ensuring efficient performance and emergency support.

• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and ensure a safe working environment in line with OHSA and company standards.

• Control budgets for facility operations and coordinate with contractors to ensure cost-effective maintenance and repairs.

• Lead team development, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement through innovation and training.
