DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Maintenance Technician

STATUS: Full-Time Permanent Position

SHIFT: 3rd Shift

SALARY: $35-$38 per hour + Great Benefits

LOCATION: Lubbock, TX

INDUSTRY: Manufacturing

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production and plant support equipment.
• Experience with filling, conveying, packaging, palletizing, and auxiliary equipment.
• Proficient in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, and PLC systems.
• Ability to fabricate parts and use machinist measuring tools.
• Strong understanding of PLC troubleshooting, operator interface panels, and programming Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
• Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Previous experience in a food or beverage production environment is an asset.
• Excellent attendance and safety record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
