MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Afternoon Shift
Pay: $90K – $125K per year
Location: London, ON
Responsibilities:
Supervise mechanics and electricians to ensure high performance, compliance with maintenance standards, and safe, efficient operations. Led execution of maintenance plans, coordinated resources, and partnered with operations teams to improve production performance, safety, and quality. Conducted daily operations meetings, maintained accurate maintenance documentation, proactively addressed workplace safety concerns, and coached technicians on maintenance best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years in an industrial mechanical role
- Previous supervisory experience is essential
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical systems3
- Familiarity with robotics, including Fanuc and ABB
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
