POSITION: Maintenance Supervisor

RATE: $45+/hour based on experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma/degree in mechanical or engineering tech, Millwright/Electrician license, and Fiix CMMS experience preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in a maintenance leadership role & food production facility with skills in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and industrial control systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning abilities in a fast-paced environment.

OVERVIEW:

• Working maintenance supervisor reporting directly to maintenance manager
• Supervise daily maintenance activities, lead and develop the team, and manage administrative tasks like scheduling, payroll, and vacation requests.
• Coordinate and track maintenance work orders, ensure the availability of necessary resources, and support troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts.
• Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relations, and maintenance procurement, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.
