DESCRIPTION

Maintenance Technician
Pay: $25-$31 per hour
Shift: 12 hour Shifts (Straight Days and Straight Nights available)
Location: Hebron, KY

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic and complex maintenance on system components and related third-party equipment.
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Address system disruptions, clear faults, and identify root causes.
• Monitor and adjust system performance using SAC and PLC controls.
• Use diagnostic tools to assess system health and suggest improvements.
• Record maintenance work, fault patterns, and parts usage accurately.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE rules.
• Communicate system updates and issues to supervisors and team members.
• Assist with system upgrades and hardware updates alongside engineers and OEMs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
• Complete other assigned duties or projects as directed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in automated material handling systems.
• Understanding of mechatronic systems, including sensors, actuators, motors, and controls.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens preferred), and fault diagnostics.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols, including Profinet, CANbus, and other Fieldbus systems.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and software documentation.
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and software interfaces for system analysis.
