DESCRIPTION

POSITION:   Licensed Millwright 433A (CNC Machine Repair)

STATUS:      Full Time Permanent Position

2 SHIFTS OPEN:        Straight Afternoons Shift OR Straight Night Shift

SALARY:     $42.00 – $45.00 per hour + 2.00-night Premium + Benefits

LOCATION: Mississauga, Ontario

Overview / Skill Requirement

• Must have Millwright License 433A.
• 3+ years’ experience in repair and maintenance of CNC machining.
• 3+ years of Automotive experience, understanding of automotive systems
• Must have CNC machines, repair, and maintenance (Milling, grinding, lathe) manual machining skills.
• Responsible for the maintenance, and repair of all production equipment and facilities.
• Assembly, debugging, installation, of new equipment.
• Mechanical Assembly, Machine Repair, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic systems, PLC, and CNC based control and logic systems.
• Installation, maintenance of bearing, ball screws, conveyors, controls/ drive, backlash, motors, and tolerance on manual and automated machines.
• Ability to Read and Interpret Blueprints and Schematics and layout drawings.
• Welding
