Position: Millwright/Electrician

Salary: $42.98 + $1 shift premium / Hourly

One of our leading clients in the food industry is seeking the following
POSITION: Millwright or Electrician
LOCATION: Calgary, AB
SALARY: $42.98 + $1 shift premium
SHIFT: Rotating – 7 AM to 7 PM
STATUS: Full-time, Contract
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Journeyman Millwright or Electrician
- Experience in food industry or high-speed packaging
- Knowledge of welding, electrical/PLC, power engineering, boiler operation, refrigeration and air handling systems
OVERVIEW:
- Perform reactive, predictive, and preventive maintenance on plant equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs to reduce downtime.
- Install, modify, and repair equipment parts as needed while maintaining food safety standards.
- Follow company policies and safety protocols, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other trades to complete projects and carry out additional tasks assigned by leadership.
