Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience overlooking multiple sites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Property Management and Budget Management skills
- Customer Service, Resident Relations, and Staff Management skills
- Marketing and Community Outreach experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Property Management Software (Resman) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
