OVERVIEW
- 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Proven expertise in facility projects & equipment upgrades
- Skilled in managing maintenance teams and handling production equipment, including PLC systems & robotics
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities, with a focus on minimizing downtime and after-hours support
- Manage parts inventory, order replacements, and keep the team updated
- Oversee & improve the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program w/ regular audits
- Coordinating contractor services, ensure timely repairs, & maintain audit records
