Pay: $55,000 – $70,000 per year
Requirements:
- Experience in product development or related field. Strong knowledge of manufacturing environment.
- Food Manufacturing experience considered a great asset.
- High level of understanding of ingredients & formula portfolios.
- Require advanced knowledge of applicable government regulations, GMPs & allergens.
- Work closely with the team to develop & test new and existing ingredients, develop, & finalize recipes & pass the sensory approval process.
- Has a deep understanding of current and future food & industry trends & applies this knowledge in the development & planning process.
- Comprehensive understanding of new product requirements & manufacturing equipment and able to troubleshoot with Production and Maintenance teams.
