DESCRIPTION

Position: Production Manager
Location: 40km North of Alexandria, On
Salary: $70,000 -$80,000 per year
Duration: Permanent Full Time position

Overview & Requirements:

• 3+ years minimum experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment
• Provide leadership to ensure health & safety is being followed & leading by example
• A proven leader with the ability to hire staff, reviewing performance & providing feedback, determining training & development needs, & providing coaching & work direction.
• Knowledge of packaging, CPG is considered an asset
• Leadership, planning & execution skills including strong communication & organizational skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills
• Financial & budgetary skills
• Bilingual English/French (where applicable)
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
