We are currently recruiting for the following excellent Program Manager opportunity for our client in Butler, IN.

Duration: Full-time/permanent role
Responsabilities:
- Manage all aspects of program management from prototypes to production start-up.
- Oversee engineering changes and ensure products meet specifications.
- Resolve quality concerns and keep documentation up to date.
- Maintain communication between departments and divisions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing technical support.
- Follow up on customer correspondence and present cost-saving proposals.
- Track program progress with detailed documentation.
Qualifications:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, tool and die experience/design.
- 10 years in engineering or tooling with an automotive background.
- Training in SPC, DFMEA/PFMEA, GD&T, APQP & PPAP, Effective Problem Solving & 8D, DOE.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with quality systems.
- Frequent travel as required.
