POSITION: Quality Control Manager
LOCATION: Mississauga, ON
SALARY: $80,000-$95,000
STATUS: Full-time, Permanent
QUALIFICATIONS:
Mechanical Engineer or Electro-Mechanical Engineering degree with manufacturing or production experience.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality systems, and data/statistical analysis.
Attention to detail, organization, and leadership skills.
Clear, professional communication skills with basic computer proficiency.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
OVERVIEW:
Develop, implement, and improve quality policies, procedures, and ISO 9001 systems to ensure product excellence and regulatory compliance.
Oversee inspection, testing, and monitoring of materials and products, including supplier quality requirements and defect containment.
Analyze quality data, KPIs, failures, and RMAs to identify root causes and drive effective corrective actions.
Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, purchasing, and management to define standards, inspection processes, and continuous improvements.
Maintain quality documentation, reporting, test equipment, and provide support to audits, management reviews, and cross-functional meetings
